1. Introduction

Welcome to OilExam.tech ("OilExam", "we", "us", or "our"). OilExam is owned and operated by Trimind Company, located in Kuwait. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OilExam is an online subscription-based platform that provides English language exam preparation materials for professionals in the oil industry. Our services include interactive quizzes, flashcards, vocabulary training, reading comprehension exercises, grammar practice, and progress tracking.

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account using Google Sign-In (powered by Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

OilExam offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: 10 KWD per month
  • 4-Month Plan: 30 KWD for 4 months

Payments are processed securely through MyFatoorah. We accept KNET, Visa, and Mastercard. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Subscriptions are non-recurring; you must manually renew when your subscription expires.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been activated. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service, please contact us via WhatsApp at +96550439150, and we will work to resolve the issue or consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from OilExam
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download our content
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on OilExam, including questions, explanations, flashcards, and study materials, is the intellectual property of Trimind Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

OilExam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Trimind Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
